Scuba divers have known of Meada Point’s great diving, but it's also home to some superb climbing. Meada offers three distinct areas. Meada cave has routes ranging from 5.10d to 5.12+. All cave routes can be climbed in the rain. The pocketed overhanging walls of the cave provide ample opportunities for rainy day climbing. If it's not raining, make sure to check out White Wall and Red Wall. Both of these walls offer technical routes from 5.10 to 5.12 on spectacular red and white limestone.
From Kedena Circle: Head North on Highway 58 for 9.2 KM to the intersection of routes 6 (Lawson on the left). Turn left on route 6 drive 8 KM to a turn off in the middle of sugar fields. Follow this road till it ends in a parking lot.
Hoofing it: On foot take the paved trail north (past the dive put in point). Walk to the second overlook. (Second guardrail). Step over the guardrail and climb down the fourth class gully until you are at sea level.
